Launch of a specialized survey of forwarders (freight forwarding) by Espad Darya Paya
According to Espad Darya Paya’s public relations, the company has conducted a specialized survey among international transportation activists with the aim of closely examining the status of forwarders’ cooperation with shipping lines and identifying existing challenges and opportunities.
The main themes of the survey include shipping line selection criteria, service satisfaction levels, operational challenges, pricing structures, credit terms, and forwarders’ expectations of lines and agents.
The results of this project, after data analysis, will be published in the form of an analytical report on the state of forwarder-shipping line interaction . This report aims to provide a realistic picture of market conditions and help improve the level of professional cooperation.
All information received will be collected and processed in complete confidentiality, and no individual or company data will be published in the final report.
The questionnaire takes about 5 minutes to complete. Espad Darya Paya Company, as the largest private shipping company in Iran, invites activists and experts in the field of international transportation to participate in this project and play a role in improving the structure of future cooperation.
