خواهشمندیم پیش از ادامه روند، شرایط و ضوابط زیر را با دقت مطالعه فرمایید. مطالعه این موارد به منزله آگاهی و تأیید شما نسبت به مفاد آنها در نظر گرفته خواهد شد.
We kindly ask you to carefully read the following Terms & Conditions before proceeding. By reviewing these terms, you acknowledge and confirm your agreement with their contents.
- You can pick up the containers only after CRO is issued.
- General LOI is applicable for all customers each year and hard copy of the same should be submitted .
- Deposit cheque as per SAOI tariff is applicable for ( REEFER , FLEXI , STONE , RPO :Rubber Processing Oil ) goods before issuance of CRO and will back to customer upon receiving D/O at POD .
- Please note only 5 days validity on release letters and all containers should pick up during validity days, if don’t pick up the container during validity days, booking is canceled.
- **** In this regard, in order to issue the relevant CRO by EQC team, you are kindly requested to submit the hard copy of attached general LOI to our THR/BND office accordingly.
- All respective Freight invoices should be settled in cash at Dubai otherwise, 3% handling fee is applicable for payments.
IMPORTANT NOTICE:
Please be informed that for reefer containers, shipping instruction should be provided only based on booking details and released containers. Any request for changing commodity at the time of submitting Shipping order would be rejected.

All disputes / claims arising out of this agreement / bill of lading or in connection with this contract / agreement / document, regarding any question including its conclusion, existence, validity, termination, violation, interpretation, or implementation, shall be referred, and submitted to the arbitration center of the Shipping Association of Iran (SAOIAC). In every aspect of arbitration, including and not limited to the arbitrator(s) selection, the duration of arbitration and its extension, communication of arbitration papers, arbitration fees, etc.… the arbitration rules and regulations of the SAOIAC is admissible, and the rendered award shall be enforceable and binding. The arbitrator will consider trading costumes alongside with the governing arbitration rules. The present arbitration clause is a separate agreement from the main contract and is anyway enforceable / binding. The seat of arbitration shall be Tehran. The language to be used in the arbitration shall be Persian/English. The governing law of the contract shall be the substantive law of Iran.
On behalf of Carrier, the Forwarder shall be responsible and has the right to collect the container demurrage/detention charges from customers who have exceeded the free time period.
بارفرابر از طرف شرکت کشتیرانی، حق و مسئولیت جمع آوری و دریافت دموراژ/دیتنشن کانتینر از مشتریانی که از مدت زمان آزاد فراتر رفته اند را خواهد داشت.
In the event that the booking party fails to settle the amounts due and declared by ESPAD DARYA PAYA under this booking—including but not limited to freight charges, surcharges, demurrage, detention, storage fees, levies, fines, and any other related costs—within the period specified by ESPAD DARYA PAYA the company reserves the right to withhold any cargo, Bills of Lading, documents, or guarantees belonging to the booking party. This right applies whether such items are related to this specific booking or arise from other commercial dealings, contracts, or legal relationships between the parties, and shall remain in effect until all outstanding debts of the booking party have been fully settled.
